When your Realtor receives an offer on your property they will consult with you to determine an appropriate next step. Often times this means preparing a counter-offer to submit to the buyer. Your real estate professional will provide you with an updated CMA to help you determine an acceptable offer.

Once you accept an offer our transaction processing department will work with your Realtor to coordinate the completion of tasks associated with closing the deal to ensure no detail is overlooked. Those tasks include:

  • Confirming your contract and all accompanying forms are signed and on file as required
  • Transmitting your contract to the appropriate title company
  • Monitoring contingency dates and the closing date
  • Corresponding with all parties to the closing
  • Coordinating the completion of a survey, appraisal, inspection and repairs if necessary
  • Confirming the receipt of closing packages by the title company as well as the transmittal and disbursement of funds to the appropriate parties
