Builder The Kenson Group precisely executed the construction of this all-masonry showplace. White oak hardwood floors echo the texture of the ceilings and stand-out against crisp, bull-nosed molding with seamless, mitered joints that create a continuous flow throughout the rooms of this home. An expanse of windows in the living room overlooks the walled courtyard lit by gas lanterns with entrance from the boardwalk leading to the beach. A private pool with stationary swimming machine and hot tub with waterfall reflects the refreshing characteristics found in the design of this home and creates an oasis accompanied by a garden area with fountain just outside the kitchen. White kitchen cabinets are accented by White Calcutta marble counters, also found in all baths throughout the h­ome, as well as professional grade Thermador appliances and unique globe pendants over the center island with bar. Upstairs on the second floor is the master suite. A vestibule features four built-in closets as well as a door leading to a private, covered porch overlooking the pool and courtyard with views to the Gulf. To one side is the sleeping chamber with semi-divided alcove that can be used as a sitting room or as a home office as it is now. To the other side of the vestibule is the spa-like master bath, clad in White Calcutta marble. It offers two separate vanities, a private water closet and walk-in shower. Just outside the master bedroom is a modest room that can be used as a fitness room as it is now, or as a bunk room, nursery or home office. Up the curved staircase overlooking Town Hall Lane is a den space between two guest bedrooms with private baths. Stackable washer and dryer units are tucked inside a closet off the den. The separate carriage house is situated above an enclosed, two-car garage that also hides the pool equipment and minimizes the noise they create. No detail was spared in the carriage house, which shares the luxurious atmosphere found in the main house. It features a private bath with beautifully tiled walk-in shower, a well-equipped kitchen with full-size gas range, living and dining room area with a back-drop of French doors and transom windows that lead to a covered porch with views to the Gulf, as well as vaulted ceilings that extend to meet the loft sleeping space upstairs.
