Destin Real Estate Company lists and sells property in more than just Destin. Our expertise extends from Destin east along Scenic Highway 30A and the Beaches of South Walton to Panama City Beach. After establishing our business in Destin in 1998 Owner Blake Morar relocated our office to Grayton Beach to service the burgeoning new communities of The Retreat, WaterColor, WaterSound Beach and Rosemary Beach. In 2005 Blake and wife Melody built our current office complex in Blue Mountain Beach near the shores of Draper Lake and the Gulf of Mexico. Our location allows us to pivot as far west as Destin and as far east as Panama City Beach with significant market share in notable communities along the Emerald Coast that include Destiny by the Sea, Burnt Pine at Sandestin, The Retreat, WaterColor, WaterSound Beach, Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach as well as popular condominiums such as Villa Coyaba in Destin, One Beach Club Drive at Sandestin, Adagio and Bella Vita in Blue Mountain Beach and Andante Penthouses in Seacrest Beach.
