As long as I can remember I have loved being physically active and participating in team sports. If there was a game being played I wanted to be part of it and still do to this day.  My desire to play and compete led me from quarterbacking a small town high school football team to earning a degree in Sports Medicine from Ole Miss. After graduation I sought to experience several careers that included teaching mentally disabled children, coaching Special Olympics, two adventurous stops in Hawaii, once to teach troubled high school students, the other 10 years later when my wife and I managed a 22-room Tropical Resort Inn on the Garden Isle of Kauai, crew member aboard a 72-foot sailing schooner, Director of the Sandestin Health Club & Spa, and finally the last 10 years as a Realtor, selling not only beach homes but the rich, full lifestyle associated with living at the beach.

It has been an amazing ride and through it all I learned that I truly enjoy helping others experience the benefits of healthy lifestyle choices.

In 1993 I visited Destin and was immediately hooked. I found a Hawaiian paradise right in my own back yard. Shortly after, I accepted the position of Director of the Sandestin Health Club & Spa. During my time there, I developed numerous personal training routines for individual clients and a sport specific conditioning program for golfers that received national recognition and was featured in several publications including Golf for Women and Golf South.

In 1999 I married the love of my life and made a career move to real estate. The personal services required of a successful Realtor fit me perfectly. My experience in designing and implementing one-on-one personal training programs taught me to listen very carefully to the unique needs and desires of the each client. My success in real estate is directly related to my ability to listen intently to my customers and focus my energy on helping them fulfill their needs and desires.

If I am out of the office you will probably find me with my wife Leigh sharing time together riding our Harleys, sailing, kayaking or fishing the Gulf, or perhaps hiking or YOLO boarding.
