Kathryn began her real estate career in 2008 when she teamed up with Chris Abbott at Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort. Her experience in the title industry and Bachelors of Science in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University made her a natural. Kathryn is no tourist to the area. She grew up in Ft. Walton Beach and returned to Santa Rosa Beach from college to be close to family. Her morals and values in life pour over into her career, willing to go the distance to achieve excellence and success in a rapidly changing real estate market. In her free time, Kathryn enjoys spending time at the beach, boating to Crab Island and enjoying all this area has to offer.
