Leaving the mainstream of corporate coats, ties and the bright lights of Atlanta behind to live my dreams in the here and now, I relocated to the Emerald Coast in 1997. I began my real estate career in 2001, drawing on 15 years of previous sales and marketing experience in hi-tech software.

I found that selling real estate was a natural progression because I feel as though I share a common bond with others who have a deep-rooted obsession for the beach, which is, in my opinion, embedded in the very fabric of our being. The beauty of our Emerald Coast sells itself.

In the late 70s I worked in the music industry as a recording engineer. I toured with The Joe Cocker Band for two years and worked with Joe at the Woodstock Tenth Anniversary Tour in Europe where I mixed his live album for that tour. From there I was hired as Technical Director and Sound Engineer for Alex Cooley's Capri Ballroom in Buckhead, Atlanta's most popular music venue, where I worked with artists including the Doobie Brothers, Waylon Jennings, Peter Tosh, Santana and Spirit, just to name a few.

I designed recording studios in the 80s and was Vice President of Sales for a music software company which developed security and encryption technology that pioneered downloadable music on the Internet. I was invited to participate as a quest lecturer for many high-profile music conferences including NARAS (The Grammys), MIDEM Music Conference, Miami Winter Music Festival, Philadelphia Music Festival, Atlantis Music Festival, Audio Engineering Society, and was invited to deliver the keynote address to launch the Billboard Music Summit in Atlanta.

Outside of selling real estate I can usually be found in the Gulf, sailing my Beneteau 351. I also compete in racing regattas at the local Bluewater Bay Sailing Club, where I was the recipient of the 2006 Commodore's Cup Award. Sailing is my passion and promotes my emotional well-being.
