General Overview
Alys Beach is the latest master-planned, new-urbanist community to grace the Gulf of Mexico along Scenic Highway 30A near Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach, Florida. Alys Beach is approximately 23 miles east of Destin and 10 miles west of Panama City Beach in Northwest Florida. Alys Beach is the first community to be designed and built entirely to Fortified for Safer Living standards, a national inspection-based program launched by the Institute for Business and Home Safety.
Architecture
Alys Beach incorporates a grace and elegance into the town model pioneered by Seaside the likes of which are found nowhere else on 30A. Courtyard, villa and compound homes inspired by Bermuda and Antigua are both practical and beautiful in their simplicity. Pristine white masonry walls and stepped rooftops are punctuated by colorful doors and trim and conceal private courtyard patios with ponds and dipping pools. Resistance to hurricane force winds and wild fire is incorporated into all Alys Beach homes from the ground up.
Amenities
Alys Beach is developing into the finest community on 30A. Currently available amenities include the magnificent Caliza Pool, Amphitheater and stunning Gulf Green. Future amenities will include a Beach Club, Tennis Club and Town Center. The Fonville Press, Caliza Restaurant and George’s call Alys Beach home and have already established themselves as local staples of simple to sophisticated fare despite less than half of Alys Beach being built out.

The Gulf Green is a majestic alter offering the splendor of the Gulf of Mexico to every guest. The symmetric park offers separate restroom facilities and handicap accessible ramps surrounding a manicured lawn.
